Refund and Return Policies
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- The Company does not provide the option to cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.
- Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases: if the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies; In case of non-compliance of delivery terms & conditions put forth by the Company.
- In case of acceptance of a refund request, the amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days from the date of written confirmation to the customer.
- COD Charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- No refund will be given in the following cases: incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer; non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises; refusal to accept products. In case of failure to deliver any order due to the afore mentioned reasons, the Company will attempt to deliver order a second time. In case of failure of delivery, a second time, the order shall be considered as cancelled.
- No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our Returns & Exchange policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- This return policy is only applicable for products purchased on www.favori.in
- All our products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless the product(s) delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you.
- Any queries related to return/exchange such as return requests must be notified via e-mail to email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order and along with order no. and photos of the issue. Return request raised outside the return period will not be accepted.
- For items that are eligible for return, the cost of return shipping is free.
- Products purchased in sale will not be eligible for any return/refund/exchange unless you have received them in a poor condition.
